I received a call back right away and was put on the schedule two days later. I could tell by their kind voices that these were the folks I wanted to work with. After waiting for 2 weeks for other plumbers in Mt Shasta to get back to me, it was a pleasure. Because SVM was 45 minutes down the road, I wasn't sure they work in the area.
