Had problems with our internet after a power outage that hit Root Automation's office. Chandler was extremely helpful, we kept her informed of the problems we were having. Our internet is back to normal, running great. Reasonable prices and great customer service.
We have used Root for years, never had a problem. They are affordable and offer a good service. I live in an area where it is difficult to get internet service, but Root delivers. Small, family owned business. Better then the alternatives.
Hannah P is a great asset to this company. She is professional and acts quickly especially on emergencies. I forgot to ask her to turn on our Wifi at the cabin and called on a Saturday. She turned it on even before we got there. Thanks Hannah for your dedication. We appreciate you!
