Terry was great. We had no idea of what damage was done to our awning after a very windy sfternoon. I called Jefferson's the first thing the next day and Terry arrived within hours. He quickly assessed the situation, realligned the awning within the roller track then fixed it so the awning could not slide again in the tack. When he finished he asked if there was anything else and I mentioned an issue with the water heater. He had that fixed quickly.

Let me just start off by saying how incredible this company is and what a blessing it was to have them in my time of need. I experienced a hitch failure due to improper installation by Camping World during my trip from California to Washington — in the middle of the night, just 4 miles from Jefferson’s Overland and RV Services. I pulled in with my fifth wheel first thing in the morning at 8am, unannounced and without an appointment, just hoping and praying they could help.

Jeff was awesome, he took our early morning call after a sleepless night with dead batteries and no heat. We swung in and he performed “emergency services” and quickly diagnosed our problem as a blown fuse in our truck. We had scary visions of serious problems, and were thrilled to be fixed and back on the road with charging batteries, in no time! Thanks for being fantastic and sharing your knowledge! We are grateful!
