Words can’t even describe how much Jeff changed my life. I injured my back at just 23 years old dead lifting. I had seen multiple chiropractors, with no relief. I received multiple Injections by an orthopedic doctor, i thought I had done it all. I was unable to sit for long periods, standing was the only relief. When I did sit I had to bring a towel roll with me to give me support. I had just started my career as a nurse and having to wear a back brace under my scrubs was not fun. It wasn’t until my sister recommended Jeff, that I finally was able to live pain free. He not only educated me on what was going on, but he used deep tissue massage to help heal damaged scar tissue. Going 2x/ week, eventually it got less and less. Jeff recommenced certain stretches which I practiced multiple times a day. He believes in getting to the root cause, whatever that may be. Much more than your basic chiropractor!! He is well educated and I couldn’t be more grateful for what he has done to help not only me but my mom and sister as well. Thanks again Jeff!
