Probably the worst experience I have ever had while working on my home. The installer did a horrible job - the installer blamed Don- Don blamed the installer. My floor never got fixed. After almost 2 years of trying to get my floor fixed I gave up and paid someone else over $2000 to fix the poor install job. They act super friendly but the minute they have your money and there is an issue - they could care less about actually fixing anything. Probably the worse part is that they act like they care. I would rather they just tell me they didn't so I could have just paid someone a long time ago and moved on. Don't be fooled.

After shopping at all the big box stores we found Don at The Floor Store in Yorba Linda. Don gave us a good deal on new vinyl flooring and carpeting. The flooring and carpeting are really great! We also used a painter Don recommended. Unfortunately, the painter was not up to par. It took us a couple of weeks just to clean up the mess the painters left behind. Then after about a month, the paint in the kitchen started peeling (see photo attached). Now I have to pay someone else to repaint. I would recommend Don for flooring or carpeting but I would not recommend his crew for painting.
