Dr Heyman at Old Towne Optometry is my HERO! She came in on her day off and opened her office to take a look at my son’s irritated eye. When she saw the piece of sand embedded in his cornea she immediately got him the help he needed, reassured him as they poked and cleaned his eye, gave him pain relief drops and followed up the next morning to ensure he was not in any pain. Her willingness to put his care and comfort first, to reassure him throughout the process and to help me understand what was happening made a very scary experience much less traumatic. Thank you for the loving care you provide Dr. Heyman! We are forever grateful!

Reviews
Customer service like this is hard to come across these days. I called with a repair emergency and the staff went over and above my expectations in helping solve the problem.
Great local place. Staff actually cares. Ur not just a number or $$. I watched people come in for tightening of frames, a recheck on contacts and general discussions about eye health without anyone being charged.
