It is always a pleasure to see Jenn each week. Jenn is always professional and is welcoming with a smile. I never have to worry about my orders and she always meet expectations. Jenn keeps me informed of any changes in the timing, ready for pick up. I look forward to many more years of service. Thank you.

We recently discovered my grandpa’s Air Force uniform hanging in my grandma’s closet (since the 60’s) while helping to clear out some clutter. It was filthy, almost gray from the dust, and had minor moth damage. I brought it into my local Kona because their website mentioned they cleaned military uniforms. Jenn assisted me with checking in and she was pleasant and professional. She told me it could take a few days because of the age/damage to the garment.The uniform was ready the next day and it looks amazing! It is back to being a dark blue, it’s soft and smells great. Kona cleaners did a great job and I am beyond pleased to be able to preserve grandpa’s uniform.

Jenn at the Kona Cleaners in Yorba Linda really did her best at helping me with getting my husband’s suit dry cleaned. She was super friendly, funny, and so helpful! Jenn is an asset to this company and it was a pleasure to meet her and have such an amazing experience. My husband’s suit looked fantastic!
