By a longshot, today's tech was the best one from all these years as a customer. If all techs are a good as today's, I would never think about doing this myself cause I'll never do as good of a job. Sorry, the bar has been set high.

The technician showed up on time and did a thorough job on the outside spraying and spreading granulated bait in the garden beds. Inside he was mindful of the furnishings and wore booties over his shoes to prevent souling our floors and carpets.
