Joseph did an outstanding job! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure every part of my home was carefully inspected and treated. He took the time to address all of my concerns, explained everything he was doing, and made sure any pest activity was properly taken care of.

Very friendly customer service from the technician. Communicated very well and listened to questions and concerns. Applied service in a way that followed through with customer concerns. Would have liked to see a few more cobwebs knocked down, but I also understand we had a ton of them for our first service. In time I hope to see we are cobweb free. I am giving a 4.5 for the first service. Will report back after monthly services to see what kind of progress is being made with actual pest extermination.
