My dad passed away last week. My mom who has dementia, was so depressed she was not sleeping or eating and had injured her knee. I contacted Dr. Ostrue to see if he could help her. He sent a message of condolence for the passing of my dad through his assistant. And made an appointment to see my mom 8 days later!! In the meantime she got weaker, more depressed and her knee got worse. We took her to urgent care. They sent her to the hospital. She has to have surgery on her knee. This doctor did nothing to help my mom. And I will never put her care in his hands again.
