I was dealing with an extremely ugly situation in which an aggressive ex-tenant was supposed to move out by 1:30 PM. We were to reconvene in court at 2:30 PM for her to return my keys. I asked Isaac to send someone to the site at 2:45 PM so I could have the locks changed immediately.

The tenant did not move out by agreed upon time, but Oscar was punctual. I was sitting in court, stressed to the maximum because I absolutely wanted the locks changed, but this horrid individual’s movers did not finish moving for another 1.5 hours past the agreed upon time.

I lost the only car key fob for my car. I called the Nissan dealership and it was going to cost almost $500 for the he new key fob and programming. On top of that I was going to have to tow my car there. After doing some research I ordered a generic key fob from Amazon. In the reviews people mentioned that locksmiths can program the key fob at a better rate and they come to you. I reached out to a few places and decided to go with Woodland Hills Lock. A gentleman named Ami reached out to ask me the make and model of the car and when we could meet. He responded to my request quickly and walked me through everything he needed to do. He programmed my key and everything worked great. Also, want to note that he told me he sells key fobs as well that are better quality. I'll be reaching out to get a second one through him in the new year so I can have a spare! Thanks Ami!
I got locked out when it was over 100° out with 2 dogs in my car, a total nightmare and I called Woodland Hills Lock and they were over in under 10 minutes! They unlocked the door with no damage in about 2 seconds. Hopefully I will not get locked out again but if I ever do, they would be the first I'd call! Thanks so much!
