Had our very first pet check-up for our cockatiel! Staff was approachable. Ashley assisted us and she was super nice, professional and accommodating! She made sure everything was prepared for the doctor before she came in to check Peanut (our bird) and she made sure everything was explained to us before we left the appointment. Pricing is very reasonable as well! On top of that Dr Berens was so nice, she covered all the information needed and answered all of our concerns. Definitely will come back for our next appointment!

It's my birbs first vet visit and we loved our experience :) Shoutout to Dr. Berens and Ashley for taking care of us today! I also liked they have a Pet Portal online where my pet's records and appointment can be seen and the paperworks they sent us home are also uploaded on there and that they sent us a history form ahead of time so our visit went smoothly. Price wise I think it's affordable as well.

Dr. Berens and her assistant Noelle Miller are truly the best. It's so hard to find good emergency pet care, especially when you have a bird. Dr. Berens was so experienced, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing and wants to work with you to help your pet. Noelle is also so kind and you can tell she really loves her job. She is always so nice and cheery, and she really helped my family get through the stress and anxiety of having a sick pet. Dr. Berens will also explain why she's giving her diagnosis or why she's prescribing certain medications, which is really great for an already stressed pet parent.
