In 2018, we interviewed a number of IT companies and decided to go with Waldron Digital. We had the same lackluster computer technician for over 10 years and our network was a mess. In the past 6 years our network has been upgraded with a new server, infrastructure, and other necessary SaaS/IaaS services. Our uptime has been near 100%. When COVID hit, WD got our entire staff working remotely in minutes. When fires knocked out our entire office and telecom, WD was able to selectively retrieve files from our cloud backup so we could keep working. Additionally, WD is constantly looking to improve our security posture and cut our IT costs which I really appreciate.
Waldron Digital is fantastic. They have been our IT Support for over 12 years and consistently perform on-time, every time. They are responsive and are always looking to cut our technology costs. Highly recommended!
