We’ve outsourced our IT services to Waldron Digital (WD) for 9+ years with excellent results. They have overhauled and upgraded our entire operation for the better. Waldron Digital has assisted us with deployment of FreePBX (VOIP) and UniFi network for our rapidly expanding retail business across the USA. Whenever we need them, they are available, and ready to assist. WD has brought down our recurring monthly phone costs by a very significant margin, while giving us a ton more functionality than what we had prior.
In 2018, we interviewed a number of IT companies and decided to go with Waldron Digital. We had the same lackluster computer technician for over 10 years and our network was a mess. In the past 6 years our network has been upgraded with a new server, infrastructure, and other necessary SaaS/IaaS services. Our uptime has been near 100%. When COVID hit, WD got our entire staff working remotely in minutes. When fires knocked out our entire office and telecom, WD was able to selectively retrieve files from our cloud backup so we could keep working. Additionally, WD is constantly looking to improve our security posture and cut our IT costs which I really appreciate.
