My wife and I had to have a forced kitchen remodel and living area floor replacement after a leak inside of our condo common wall led to a major mold infestation and resulting remediation. The remediation required the demolition of half of our kitchen. After soliciting several bids via houzz.com, we selected US Home Developers, partly because of our high degree of comfort with the Project Lead, Valko. It must be my lucky day !! I am making blind phone calls as a total newb which could've resulted in a whole different experience. I was sooooo fortunate to get to speak with Elanique. It was the right call to make !! Not only as a professional but as a person absolutely exceptional !!! She is so kind , knowledgeable, loves her job and her bro and it shows. She took time to educate me on so many things and guided me towards next steps. She probably just saved me who knows how much time on wasted research. Beyond grateful !! Our home project was a complete garage remodel which included a complete demolition of the interior space and a rebuild of the walls, ceiling, attic, and floor. This project also included the rerouting of gas lines, and water lines and adding additional electrical 110 outlets and a new 50amp service.
