This is review is long over due. I was referred to Dr. Gabriela Sauders My previous PCP (who I loved) Dr. Esraghi was out on maternity leave. I was having trouble receiving care without a PCP. I have a very complicated medical history, so I was hesitant about seeing a new physician. And I am admittedly very picky. There was no need to worry, Dr, Sauders was knowledgeable, professional and caring. She runs on time, but I did not feel rushed. Or that she was one foot out the door. She communicates well and answers my questions through the portal with-in the day. This is not common for all physicians. She treated me with respect and kindness. Thank you Dr. Sauders.
I always appreciate the level of care I receive in this office. I have HMO choose to be assigned to my PCP in this office, and I've been going to this doctor's office since 2016! In addition to primary care, they also have a clinical lab and an urgent care for walk-ins, which are both really convenient. I don't think people realize how convenient that really is, but in other PCP offices, you have to go to some outside lab in bum duck nowhere, and not always accept immediate walk-ins. The facility is also nice and spacious and has friendly staff. I feel like the medical care I receive here is personal, and I never feel like I'm in some kind of factory when I go here, unlike at a Kaiser where I felt like I was a product in an assembly line even though I was a patient. I rarely ever post on Yelp, but I just wanted to post my 2 cents because I think the bad Yelp reviews I saw are unfair Karen-level trash.
