I highly recommend to anyone who wants to save money and be completely in awe over their kitchen to go to Synergy Remodeling. With the help of lead and his staff, my vision became a reality. Not only are they very professional, they are very sincere and helpful as well.I've received countless compliments about my entire kitchen and have recommended many friends and family to the best business in town. After 7 months, my kitchen is still good as new!

Joseph and his workers at Synergy Remodeling did a great job for us in 2017. So, when we moved to a new residence and have remodeling needs early this year, I did not hesitate a second and just picked up the phone to call Joseph, skipping the otherwise frustrating process of searching for qualified contractors. Joseph came the next day, we agreed on a very fair and reasonable quote two days later, and the whole project was completed to our satisfaction in five weeks! As a loyal returning customer, I am in a unique position to testify that over the years Joseph has outperformed himself in virtually every aspect of the remodeling profession. In our 2017 experience, Joseph stood out as a very honest, courteous, and generous professional, who was always eager to hear the needs of his customer and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer's vision come true. He was also thoughtful and considerate, not only allowing his customers to buy the materials but also making valuable suggestions on how and where to buy the best materials at the lowest price. Despite of several unexpected obstacles beyond our control, Joseph managed to complete the remodeling of a kitchen and three bathrooms as originally planned. We were happy with the result, which was beautiful and long-lasting and helped us to sell the place at a good price this year. Working with Joseph again six years later, I found that while retaining Synergy's signature qualities all around including fair price, great communication, top-of-the line work quality, and no-delay and fast completion, Joseph has uplifted his team to a whole new level by providing far more superior service and craftmanship as well as communication and consultation. Obviously, Joseph has put the added years of experience to its best result, having a lot of creative ideas to address unexpected issues, becoming even more effective in working with both his customers and his workers, and can address all sorts of issues at ease. He closely monitored the progress of the project, informed us of the upcoming steps, quickly responded to our email or phone calls, and tirelessly provided us with suggestions and necessary material information. At various points of the project, I was amazed that Joseph even knew our needs better than ourselves (well, because some of ours were unrealistic or misguided by incorrect information from the Internet)! His professional input greatly improved the original vision of ours. We were touched by his caring character too. On at least two occasions Josehp altered his schedule to accommodate our urgent needs and he was very generous and kind to take on some extra responsibilities, helping us to deal with unexpected problems along the process. It is equally noteworthy that Anna, the co-owner of Synergy, has streamlined the scheduling and paperwork process and is ready to help all the time. Last but not least, Joseph has attracted and maintained an array of high-quality workers, including plumbers, electricians, tile installers, and other professionals. It is no wonder that Joseph can deliver a fast, smooth, and enjoyable remodeling experience to his customers, creating the perfect synergy between homeowners and the remodeling professionals. If we were to have the remodeling need again in the future, I will certainly do the same--just call Joseph and consider the project will be done on time and well!
