Randi and the crew are the best here! The person leaving 1 star reviews, each of those you can tell are not real people leaving real reviews because they all use very similar wording and have only EVER left 1 review and that’s of this salon, so… that person needs to get a life!

I've been going to Simbiotica Hair House for a few years now, even before they changed their name. I'm always left pleased with how my hair looks and feels. Over the past few months, I've been questioning my gender identity and gender expression, along with feeling some dysphoria about my gender. So yesterday I went to Simbiotica and went to my go-to stylist, Carol, to see what she can come up with. I had previously been growing out my hair and it was up to my shoulders until she cut it. This is a nice salon, I think it would be rare if you are like me, so paranoid from bad cuts that you avoid the salons altogether and when you do finally go, your hair is such a mess that you present a challenge even to the very best. You do get a machine many times when you call, and the stylists are so good that they will be booked up, but they will work hard to find you a great stylist as soon as possible as they did for me. I got Ramzi and he fixed my hair into a gorgeous miracle and made me presentable again. His long, pointy fingernails however, kept getting caught in my hair and I didn't want to tell him how painful that was! I know he takes pride in his manicures...read full review
