As promised, I wanted to share an update on the situation. I've had the opportunity to work closely with Rani, and together we've been able to resolve the majority of the issues. There are still a few remaining items that are currently being addressed and should be fully taken care of within the next week or so.

I had a room addition project with Ben who made a great result with fair price that was the most reasonable number than other contractors.
During project, what I most liked was the communication with Ben, his response was always fast and whatever issues we had, he took care of with higher priority.
I do recommend Ben and would definitely go back to him for next project.
