A third customer shares how the hospital saved their cat, who had hip dysplasia from a car accident, with successful surgery and treatments that allowed the cat to recover and return to its happy, outdoor lifestyle.
The staff is friendly, offices/exam rooms really clean. This was our first visit with our newly adopted dog. Dr. Connor took time for not only a thorough exam but breed specific advise, explainations and recomendations based on all our questions.
Paws & Claws Veterinary Clinic is truly an exceptional place.
We came in with a problem that, medically, was not very serious — but the way the staff treated it made us feel as if it was something deeply important and personal to them. They showed the same care, attention, and concern as if it were their own pet.
From the front desk to the medical team, everyone was kind, patient, and incredibly professional. They listened to us, explained everything clearly, and made sure our dog felt safe and comforted. That level of empathy and dedication means so much to us as pet parents.

I think this is the first review I’ve ever left, but I wanted to thank all the staff and the exotic vet that saw us yesterday. My bunny Storm was slightly bloated, lethargic, and refusing to eat or move, and I had called several other clinics, only to find that no other exotic vet was available or nearby. When we got there, the staff were very friendly and gentle, super considerate not to frighten her. I am glad to say that Storm is now back to her energetic self and is eating again, thanks to them providing her with some medication and fluids. I will definitely come here first thing next time one of my bunnies has an issue!
