I don't understand the bad reviews. Michelle and Hamid are amazing. The front desk is always kind and clear. And I've never been able to have such immediate access to my healthcare providers and health information as with OneMedical. Tried the big hospital approach to no success. Highly recommend!
I don't get the complaints. We have a lovely PA-C, which is all we need for quick visits. The facility is the loveliest I've seen for a doctor's office. The app made it easy to schedule and do intake forms, and the front desk was v nice. I wouldn't suggest this is your primary care provider, but it's MUCH better than an urgent care, in my opinion. Would definitely use them again.
Good facility and good doctors. The issue is you can never connect with anyone with these apps. If you need a quick answer for something you cant even call someone you have to go through the app and be subject to days on end of waiting.
