This was my second time at Oak & Poppy in Woodland Hills and once again, Kari absolutely crushed! She’s hands down the best piercer I’ve ever been to. Super professional, incredibly calming, and just so good at walking you through every step. She explained everything clearly, made me feel totally comfortable, and her energy is just chef’s kiss. Had an amazing experience at the Woodland Hills location of Oak and Poppy. I went in to get a new piece for my nose piercing and the staff was super friendly and also very knowledgeable about what the best option was for me. They let me try out a few different pieces to find the one that was just right. The changing process was very efficient and the set up was above and beyond in terms of cleanliness and sterilization. Kari was so cool and helped me with some tips to help the piercing heal properly. I was blown away by Kari’s knowledge and she got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. We had a seamless experience with 2 kids getting their ears pierced for their first time. Jacqueline was AMAZING! She knew just how to handle our 5 yr old and 9 yr old. She’s the best! It was an easy process. Nice, clean environment. Decent jewelry selection. Definitely recommend.
