Dr. Eric got in there with the Graston tool and his elbows and went in to fix exactly what the problem was. It hurt but he was super nice throughout the process and I'm grateful for the kind of pain that heals! “I had a relaxing experience today at Spa Day Wellness! I received a Swedish massage with Minnie. Before the massage, I explained that I was very sore and tight from working out which she added light stretches to the massage that made me feel so much better and relieved the soreness in my left shoulder and hamstrings.
I also had a facial service included with Annie which was a great way to finish my spa treatment. The scalp and facial massage felt incredible! I realized after my time there, how beneficial a massage and a facial can be. I have been here a few times and usually pamper myself one or two times a year but I will definitely make it a priority to come back more often!“

“Dr. Zelinsky is amazing! I have been seeing him on and off for 6 years now. I first went to him because all of a sudden, the area next to my belly button to the right was sore and super sensitive to the touch. I thought maybe I have appendicitis. I went to different doctors including a specialist but no one knew what the issue was. Then I saw Dr Zelinsky - he told me I pulled my back and the muscles were inflamed (even though I did not feel any back pain). Since there are nerves in the front that are connected to the back muscles, that is why my belly button area was sore and sensitive to the touch. He fixed my back and the soreness and sensitivity completely went away in two days. Who would even think it is the back muscles that caused the problem!!?? Only a genius like Dr. Z would! Had I not been so lucky to have seen him, I would have spent hundreds and hundreds on medical bills and taken unnecessary scans or MRI and not getting any right answers. I also have sciatica in my lower back, neck and shoulder pain and occasional bad flair up in my right upper back. Ever time I visit Dr. Z, the pain goes away within 1 to 2 visits and I feel brand new!! He is so knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, caring and hilarious!!! I trust him completely! BEST chiropractor EVER!!!!“

“I notice that Eve has a healing touch. Her type of care is soft, warm, yet certain with her delivery of medium deep tissue massage. I feel better, stress is relieved. I notice though that the massage therapy started at 1240pm pst & ended around 130pm pst. It would have been best if I've received the full benefit of what I paid for (60 min). Also at that moment, adding tip felt like an obligation to give her as if she control my money up until then. I choose to love & forgive me, her, us all.
