After digging for foundation I realized the addition will not be large enough for two bedrooms. Since I wasn't happy with my existing engineer went on yelp and emailed like 15 companies. Sam got back to me in the morning, his price was reasonable and agreed to have the plan ready to submit in ONE week. Kept to his word and very happy with the results. Have already referred him to my friends and would definitely use him again.

Sam is amazing, he's response time to all my questions and attention to detail made a huge impact on the success of my project. We really benefited by fully utilizing his experience and knowledge.
