My wife and I have been working with Flip It Homes the last few months after we moved into our new house. From the first moment, Roy and his team have been extremely attentive and helpful, and they delivered quality work on our bathrooms, laid new flooring as well as other numerous updates around the house. Yaniv was the project manager and he was available at all times, and whenever there was an issue, he made sure it was taken care of right away. It was great an efficient communication and put to ease any concerns we had. I would work with Roy, Yaniv and their team again in a heart beat. Their work was quality for a good and fair price.

My wife and I had been planning an addition to our home for some time. After several months of work with our architect she felt it was ready to go. The work included improvements to our master bedroom, adding a master bathroom, and a walk-in closet. With the design finalized, it was time to look for a contractor. In the past we'd experienced all the things you hear when people talk about working with contractors; shoddy craftsmanship, difficult to get in touch with/lack of communication, going wildly off-schedule, and of course going over-budget. For that reason, neither she, nor I were super excited about the next step in the process. We drove by a home that had Flip It's sign in front. The house was beautiful, and we added them to the list of contractors to be interviewed for the project. Roy Cohen the owner of Flip It came to our house on February 1st. From the moment we met him, we could tell something was different. It was clear that he had studied every detail of the architectural plans. As my wife began to start collaborating with him on detailed aspects of the design, he was able to keep up and provide her with ideas while at the same time deferring to her design aesthetic. Further, even though it was raining, Roy went into our back yard to look at the site that would require new construction. He explained in detail what steps he would need to bring our project to fruition. My wife and I were both very impressed, and Roy was able to get us a proposal the next day. Though we interviewed some other contractors, all that did was show how much better Roy was. The initial proposal price was just a bit outside of our budget. We met with Roy in his office on April 2nd and sat down to do some good old-fashioned value engineering. Again, Roy impressed us. Even two months later, he'd reviewed the plans and was able to collaborate in detail with my wife. His assistant Katya was friendly and helpful and provided Roy what he needed to go over design alternatives. With Roy's help we got everything we wanted at a price we could afford. At the end of the meeting, Roy said something that I'll never forget: "If you go with us, it will be us against the world. It won't matter if it's a supplier, tradesperson or anything, we will be with you every step of the process." It sounded good, but we were dubious; after all we'd been burnt before. It didn't take long for Roy to be able to show they weren't just words. The plans were for construction to start early May. When one of the materials orders fell through Roy met my wife at the store to help her negotiate and finalize an alternative source. That was really when he won me over. It felt good to have my wife supported in her design. Shortly before we broke ground, we got to meet Lior and Eli, two members of Flip It and Roy's family. We'd end up working with both of them a lot, and they two were both stellar. We were initially worried that having three different people to work with would make things more difficult, but we couldn't have been more wrong. All of them were always on the same page about where our project was and what was needed, and it wasn't uncommon for them to be overseeing the work multiple times a week. It wasn't just Roy who was with us every step of the way. We broke ground on March 8th and the project was finished on August 8th. Construction projects are always interesting. Unless you're around it a lot, you don't exactly know the process and you're relying on the contractor to get the work done, help you understand what's being done, and manage the various workers who are coming to your home. Throughout every step, we had a WhatsApp channel with the team where they would keep us informed and respond to us almost immediately if we had any questions or concerns. I am very grateful to Flip it team, especially Roy, for the hard work that they invested in my house renovation. I compared four bids before I chose Flip it. Roy came to my house and explained to me in detail what he planned to do. I was impressed that he had everything in-house: engineers, designers, and the crew that actually worked on my house. I was amazed by the finished project that was near to my house. I also saw another project that Roy did and spoke with his client. After that, I was 100% sure that I wanted to go with Flip it.I really recommend doing business with them. They are professional, reliable, and experienced.
