Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Dishonest. I came in on $15 Monday and was charged $20 by the female owner, because I got a “designer cut”. I had been there two other times to get the same haircut and it was $15. There’s nothing fancy about my haircut. It’s to my ears, I get about an inch taken off, and the back cut short and tapered to my neck. The time before this one, the female owner cut my hair, and rung me up. I handed her a $20 and she put it in the register, finally saying, “Oh, you want your change?” since I stood there staring at her. I want to not be EXPECTED to tip you. I've been here 3 times and it was good all 3 times. The past 2 times I have asked for a layered haircut, it looks great and gets tangled less.(be aware that they charge $2 more if you pay with a card)Service: Haircut

@perry S. this mean guy came there and asked for color after too many times that he mentioned he doesn't want to have red on his hair and the hair stylist patiently said okay don't worry and she brought him the color chart and he picked a color and she mixed the color for him before she applying the color he yelled at her and he changed his mind to do his color and he didn't want to pay even for the color that already was mixed i was getting my hair done there and all the time i was watching him from the mirror he was such a mean guy and problem maker and disrespected everyone maria is a very nice hairstylist and very patient but that guy was real patient (sickkkk)
