Lance is a kind, honest, and hardworking man who helped with a flooring issue after other suppliers came up empty handed. He went out of his way to find a discontinued flooring that others said could not be found, and is responsive, helpful, and patient. Lance was skillful and efficient at installation, taking pride in his work as a true craftsman. Timely assistance and attention to detail were greatly appreciated for a tile backsplash repair. The owner is a professional, honest person, and the work was very satisfying.
