The practice is able to see pets right away when there is an issue. They explained everything very well and were very informative, showing they genuinely cared about pets' well-being. They even sent a follow-up text to check up on them.
We own a local boarding kennel and manage quite a few rescue dogs each year. We could not be more happy with the care and consideration provided for all of our dogs. In addition to the regular vet care provided, we also had a special circumstance that required lots of additional care for a dog leaving for another country. It was so complicated that nearly everyone on the team got involved somehow. We would not have been successful without everyone at MVP!
Great staff and doctor. They don’t push expensive treatments but do give you all the options available and the doctor is very honest and compassionate with her answers. We’re lucky to call Monticello our Vet!
We recently started taking our dog here. Her first check up went great. Dr. Berger was very thorough and friendly. We decided to get her spayed and she had the procedure yesterday. They explained everything very well so we knew what to expect. She was able to go home that same day. Later in the evening she was having some heavy, labored breathing. I called and they were able to see us right away. They checked her out, ran some test and didn't even charge us for the visit. Dr. Berger was very nice about it and was very informative.
