We got new carpets 5 years ago. We’ve had the national and some local steam cleaners out every so often. Over time, there were stains that weren’t coming out. We have cats and a two-year old. About to think we needed new carpets. Mike came out. Spent twice as much time as the others, did several steps I hadn’t seen others do and when he left it was seriously like we had new carpets. Stains gone, but more than that, it was like a new carpet. Plush like new. Our house cleaner came the next day and said it felt like she was walking on air. Pro Steam is a very different service. What a find!
Michael cleaned the primary bedroom carpet of our new home and did such an amazing job. He also cleaned the tile flooring in the kitchen and laundry, and they felt like new when he was finished. He's the guy other cleaners call when they need guidance!
