About PDI Surgery Center

PDI Surgery Center provides exceptional care, with staff that is amazing, friendly, and professional. They ease patients' nerves by clearly explaining procedures and show understanding and professionalism throughout. The center takes great care of patients, making them feel safe and comfortable, and treats them with excellent care. The staff is kind and answers any question. They are helpful and kind, and went out of their way to help. The check-in is fairly quick and straightforward. The receptionist was kind, quick and efficient. The lobby is clean and has some activities for the kiddos, and offers free WiFi for guests. The nurses here do a phenomenal job with making your child feel as comfortable as possible, offering stuffed animals, toys, and even a tablet. They are so understanding and kind with the kids. The doctors know what they're doing and the process was quick. The nurse was so sweet and supportive. The staff here tries to make it as smooth as possible for the babies.

I had an appointment for my 2 year old to get crowns on her front teeth. I had an incredible amount of anxiety, but the staff was so kind and answered any question I had. We were able to meet with the anesthesiologist as well as the dentist before signing any of the consent forms. They called us back to show us her treatment plan while she was under general anesthesia and getting a cleaning and X-rays. They let us know she was doing well, and allowed us back into recovery before she awoke and explained everything to us. It was a smooth experience and should my child have any more issues I would definitely come back to PDI.

Our 2 year old needed a tooth abstraction due to an infection and abscess on her gum. We were very weary to put her under bc she is so young. But, we did, and everything went well! The staff was very helpful and kind. We really appreciated that they went out of their way to help us with this emergency, follow up, and answer all of our questions.
