Palm Beach Tan is a tanning salon that offers high-quality tanning equipment, including sunbeds and spray tanning booths. They have multiple locations, including Windsor, Redding, and Cotati. The Windsor location has been described as having occasional issues with stocking necessary products, such as tanning spray, paper towels, and wet wipes. However, the staff is reported to be informative, kind, and attentive, keeping files on customers' tanning sessions to provide personalized recommendations. The salon is praised for being very clean and for the friendly welcome customers receive when they walk in. Customers appreciate the variety of services and bed types available, and Annabel is highly valued for her excellent customer service. She takes extra time to greet clients and offers helpful advice about tanning and lotions to achieve the best and darkest tan possible. Overall, Palm Beach Tan is seen as a nice tanning salon, though the cost and occasional stocking issues at certain locations are factors to consider.
Derek was absolutely amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, but Derek definitely does.
I've been going to the windsor location off and on over the last few months for spray tans . I usually get Amaya and she's great! She's helped me select my perfect shade and gave me great info on what to do before and what not to do after, which has made my tan has last longer and I'm always happy with my results.
I wanted to gift my wife a spray tan for her bday. The staff was so accommodating and helpful! The manager, Amaya, made the process quick and stress free. I ended up leaving with a gift card and bottle of lotion.
