I’ve been coming here on and off for many years and usually have had a decent experience, which is why this is disappointing to write. I returned today after a couple of months and noticed the stand-up bed had 17 bulbs out…. The last time I was here, there were already 6 bulbs out, so it doesn’t appear that the issue has been addressed. Wish I would have been warned before hand.

I have also noticed during other visits that other beds have multiple bulbs out consistently, many times the facial bulbs. Seems like the issues have got worse over time. They used to be maintained well in years past….

The staff are great! But… there are quite a few bulbs out in the stand-up unit so it’s very uneven. Has been that way for a long time. It’s surprising that it has not been fixed. I would rate it higher if the bulbs had been replaced…

An amazing salon with amazing staff so very helpful and well educated in the knowings of the salon!!!! Also the manager is well equipped and knowledgeable on everything I have ever inquired of her!!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!!
