Terrible experience with Ashlyn in Windsor. Desiree responded once and then only contacted me when my husband called her. Desiree made promises she didn't keep, only wants to make excuses. So be it I am honestly disappointed in the upper management. The girls working in the stores are great. Ashlyn and Desiree are horrible. FYI when you give a review like this the "owner" supposedly writes you saying sorry about that and they will have someone call you ASAP. This false, no one calls or even cares I guess. So sad.

To date,I have only experienced excellent service thus far with PBT . Therefore, I felt it only fair to bring my wife aboard to enjoy the healthy benefits Of tanning at PBT. After months of only positive experiences with PBT, , the fill-in manager, Ashline at the Windsor location had quite an impact . We pickedWindsor location for tanning arriving 10 minutes before doors close . We tried calling 20 minutes prior but no answer. . The open sign is turned off. When my wife and I enter , we see an employee, sweeping and mopping in the back room . We meet Ashlyn, the fill-in manager, for the day, whom proceeded to refuse my wife service on the ground that it was 10 minutes...read full review

Locations really matter with these tanning places. The one in Windsor is ALWAYS out of pretty important stuff and at least 1 bed or spray booth is always broken down. The stuff they are out of is paper towels, even in the bathroom, tanning spray for the beds, wet wipes. It's weird cause they are right next door to walmart. Easy fix for many things. But go to practically amy other PBT and its great. I go to the one in Redding a lot, it's AMAZING! The one in Cotati is pretty nice most of the time but the same owners have the Windsor, Cotati and Santa Rosa salons and they dont order necessary products as needed, they just stick to a schedule and it's WAAAAAAY OFF.
