Chris was my instructor in my childhood way back in the early 90s when he had this little spot in Windsor near a Subway. I went there for 2 years and it was a great outlet for me. I have nothing but respect for the experience. I’m happy to see he’s still in business after all these years.

Hauth's Family Taekwondo is a wonderful martial arts school. This school approaches the study of martial arts in a balanced way. Seriousness is balanced with light-hearted joviality. The study of violence is balanced with the study of compassion, courtesy, and self-control. The formality of the ranking structure is balanced with the genuine friendliness of the students and teachers at this school.

We started Haugh's from getting a deal through silent auction at our boys school. Originally we were only planning on having our oldest Join. But master Haugh was so nice and let all 3 boys try it out for free. Maybe it's kindness, maybe brilliant marketing but all 3 boys fell in love. How could you not, he is so kind, so gentle and so inclusive! He meets the kids where they are, doesn't force anyone do something they are not ready for. The biggest thing he teaches is confidence, respect, and positive values. My wife is a teacher and she has even learned how to better teach and reach her students. We are happy we found this wonderful school!
