Professional and knowledgeable, the staff were incredibly helpful with several electrical issues in my new home. Additionally went above and beyond to help with constant issues with ceiling fan compatibility. Timely and friendly, highly recommended.
Called Eleos for an estimate on a panel upgrade. Glenwood was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information about costs, including trenching due to underground wiring with PG&E. Turns out I don't currently need a panel upgrade. Glenwood explained that if anything changes in the future that a smart panel would be more cost effective. I also asked about flickering lights and the staff at Eleos called PG&E for me. Turns out PG&E supply side of the panel had some corrosion and loose wiring. So PG&E fixed it. Hired Eleos to replace an old Zinsco electrical panel – could not be happier with the experience. They were fantastic beginning to end, very responsive, quick turn, and all at a very fair price. I was even more impressed with the onsite electrician (Xavier, I believe), he was super friendly, professional, and did great work. I was especially impressed with work he did on repairing the trim and siding, which was in very poor condition, but looks fantastic now. I will absolutely use them again in the future.
