We had a water leak show up in our garage and had no idea where it was coming from. I reached out on Yelp with a quote/service request to area plumbers. Most of the responses I received were "canned" and urging me to book and appointment. I chose West Coast Drains & Plumbing because Steven followed up asking more about our issue and took the time to call my husband to troubleshoot the potential source of the leak. I had received a previous quote from another vendor and was recommended to reach out to the guys at West Coast. I am glad that I did as they provided an alternative viewpoint and solution to my main sewer line and explained the different options to me while walking me through the camera images to show me why they were recommending this particular solution. They provided a reasonable quote and were available quickly and to my flexible schedule.
