“To start off, I hate going to nail salons but, I came into this nail salon upset with my nails from a previous salon. I explained to (I believe her name was Tina) what I wanted and what I didn't like about my previous nails. Tina did my nails exactly how I wanted them. They were not too thick and the french tip was spot on! Not once did she have to go in with a brush to fix the French, she did it perfectly by hand. This will now be my go to salon. From the moment I walked in, Trish made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for in a way that went far beyond a typical service. She is one of those rare people who radiates sweetness and warmth, and you feel it the second she greets you. The facial itself was absolute heaven. Trish didn’t just perform the steps, she poured love into every part of the process. The double cleansing, exfoliation, deep serum treatment, masque… everything felt intentional and gentle, yet incredibly effective. But what sent me over the moon was the extra time she spent on the massage. My head, neck, and shoulders have never felt so relaxed in my life. Her hands are magical and somehow both calming and energizing at the same time. I swear I floated off the table like a warm cloud of bliss. When she finished and held up the mirror… girl. My skin looked like it had been rebooted. Fresh, clear, hydrated, bright, and unbelievably smooth. “They do a great job with your nails and pedicures. Unfortunately there is a lack of communication. Every time I've gone the price is always different and more than anticipated. I asked for pink & white fill with paint and was told that I needed to remove my nails and get a brand new full set. I chose not to do that and went with a solid bright pink. The next time I went in, today, I planned on getting a new full set but explained I wanted pink & white gel paint not the acrylic powder to be pink & white because I change the colors often. So I got a fill not a full set. I was told to choose the pink color, I asked for a milky pink, but it was too light, so I chose a darker pink. What ever happened to the regular clear pink that used to be used for French manicures? Apparently they don't have it. My nails look beautiful, but I'm disappointed with the color, and I never mentioned my disappointment of the color. I said they're beautiful, thank you and tipped. But I was shocked to learn the pink & white fill cost $55. I didn't realize how expensive a fill is. After I paid and left I asked for the pricing and just fyi the pricing is with an + extra amount, so you never know what your cost will be until after they do your nails and they pick an amount.“
