“Had another electrician come out and tell me I had all sorts of issues. Had met Robert when he helped a neighbor and had spotted my dog and helped me find my dog. Took the time out of his day. “Jerrett is now my go-to electrician. I just met him tonight. I had an electrical shortage from trying to install a flood light unprofessionally and lost power in certain spots in my home. I googled electricians on Google Maps, several answered and gave me the run around and ultimately couldn’t come out. Jerrett pooped up with one of the highest ratings so I decided to give him a try with little expectation. Mind you this was on a Friday early evening and I didn’t even expect him to pick up. He answered and came to my home within 30min and fixed my issue in less than a minute. On top of that, he installed my flood light perfectly!! He was so nice and respectful. I am a single woman and it’s hard to find trustworthy servicemen who will not take advantage of me financially and I found him to be honorable and very reasonable. “This is my second time working with Broc and at this point, he’s officially my go-to electrician. He’s consistently prompt, easy to communicate with, and really good at explaining things in a way that actually makes sense without overwhelming you.

First time around, he rewired my pool pump. Most recently, he came through and installed a new breaker and outlet for my stove when it stopped working. What I really appreciate is how honest and grounded he is—he points out what needs attention now, what can wait, and gives you real options without any pressure.

“If you want an honest, reliable and experienced electrician- call Hybrid Power Electric. I called them about a month ago due to some outlets not working. I was very impressed then but now even more. I needed my smoke alarms replaced so I called Hybrid Power Electric again. Jeremy arrived promptly when expected. While at my house he identified some significant problems that originated 7 years ago from the builder. He could have easily connected the smoke alarms and collected his money. I wouldn't have known any better. Instead he took his time problem solving the mess that the builder left. Unknown to me, we were missing two alarms in locations where they are required. (Not sure how it passed inspection) He found them in the attic. The builder drywalled without installing them. In addition, some alarms were not getting power. They were wired and looked fine from inside but were not properly wired in the attic. Thank goodness for back up batteries. Also, when Jeremy was in the attic, he took a picture and showed me that we had a couple of beams not completely attached. I am so grateful for Hybrid Power Electric. They went above and beyond. They will now be my go to for all my electrical needs.“
