This the 4th time I rent with them and always so professional and respectful also always on time, for pick up and drop offs, simply the best! Angelica always good at communicating and helping out on what you need for your events!
This experience honestly meant more to me than just renting party equipment. Between work and home life, balancing my Navy responsibilities and being a dad, time completely got away from me while planning my daughter’s 4th birthday.
Even though the reservation was last minute (which was 100% on me), Angelica provided phenomenal customer service. She was professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating, and she helped take a huge weight off my shoulders during a stressful time. That level of care really stood out.

All the guest couldn’t get enough of it!
We recently threw a Christmas party in our home and because we’ve never rented a bounce house we thought it would be icing on the cake and we were right! With a variety of choices on their website we went with the pink and purple bounce house and the kids loved it! It was in nearly new condition and the workers had strapped it down safely and properly. I was taken back on how low the cost was compared to others. The delivery fee was low as well!
