True Rooter & Plumbing

I hired true router to come fix my water heater. It was really an emergency and they were able to come quickly and help us out.
Very friendly and reasonable prices. Looks to me like my go to people for my problems.

Had a clogged kitchen sink that was not able to be fixed by drain-o or snake. Another company came over and quoted me an eye-watering sum for replacing the whole line. Then I contacted True Rooter, and Eric was able to do a hydro jet to clear the pipe that very same day to restore my sink. They also quoted me to replace a cracked part of the pipe but at a more reasonable price.

Eric sent a video of the findings, and the camera quality was very clear. He and his helper were efficient in identifying the issue and good communicators as well. Thankful this team was able to help us.

I was referred to True Rooter & Plumbing by a friend and have used them twice this year. First was to camera, jet and clear a sewer line. Second was to repair a broken underground domestic water line. They have been exceptional and I will definitely continue to reach out to them for any plumbing needs in the future. The owner, Miguel is very experienced, knowledgeable, fair and friendly. Tony, who repaired the underground domestic water line was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way and that I was happy with the work. High level of customer service with everyone that I have interacted with. Highly recommend.
