Had a foot fracture came here for a Primary doctor to refer me to an specialist and they took to long for the referal even when is an urgent matter. I needed a second referal, I talked to my primary doctor he told me tonwait for the referal. After a week I called to make sure evething was okay with my referal and they said they were only waiting for the aproval from the specialist. Called again the second week and they said they had never sent the approval to the group medic, they bearly were gonna send it. So now, I have to wait 2 more weeks for the approval for the referal, plus the time I have to wait more time for the appointment to see the doctor, when it is an urgent...read full review

Will need to schedule an appointment at another clinic because even though you have an appointment you will still need to wait for 2 hours to be seen. They told me two people are ahead of me but 2 hours??! The receptionist just stay gossiping and hardly acknowledge you. The doctor doesn’t seem to care much and does a 5min consultation but yet makes you wait 2 hours for the doctor? Make it make sense.

I switched insurances to find a closer doctor to home, so I scheduled my first appt for a physical. I came in thinking I was gonna get a physical. The nurse asked if I wanted a pap as well and I said yes. I thought what a great office. The doctor came in and asked me questions and did not even do my physical or Pap smear. They said they only get to know u on the first visit and get to know ur history. I didn’t like that since I took off work for this, but ok fine I guess! I said can I at least have blood work..they said ok. They asked if I wanted results over the phone I said sure, but yes I had to reschedule and now I cannot speak to anyone over the phone.
