Been a client since 2014… that should say it all. Walked in with awful hair from previous hairdresser literally scared for Lupita to takeover. But!!!! She did, and boy was I impressed from day one. I absolutely would recommend Lupita Pros she will tell you absolutely the truth about what is wrong with your hair/how she can help you in transition to get to the color you want in a healthy manner. Cons sometimes the waiting period to get an appointment for New clients can be bit long. However once you have her as your hairdresser you will fly mountains, miss work and all for her. I’m not sure why people are giving bad reviews to an honest and professional Hairstylist. She have work on my hair for 22 years, I will never let anyone else touch my hair. She does an amazing job, if she doesn’t have appointment available is because all her clients make appointments with enough time. I had waited 3-4 months if I have to, that tells you she does a wonderful job, she is the best in the city of Wilmington ❤️❤️??‍♀️ I will Hardly recommend her.

Lupita, thank you for your honesty and for having done an excellent job. Your workplace is very clean and professional. It was honestly worth the wait and I'm glad I found my new stylist.
