Willows Tire and Auto Care saved us! Our tire blew out on Highway 5 late in the day. We were much too far from home to drive the whole way on our spare donut tire. We would have to wait for AAA to come, have them install the spare, then try to get to a tire shop before closing time to get a regular tire installed. It was getting late and AAA was taking its time. It looked like we’d have to find a place to stay overnight to get a tire installed the next morning. We called around. Amazing service! We had a flat late one night traveling from AZ to Oregon and needed a new tire. The next morning Ali met us at our vehicle, replaced the tire and gave quote for full set, as they were all in need of replacement. We purchased a set of 4- GREAT PRICE! They graciously & efficiently put the new tires on and we continued our travel adventure. They went ABOVE & BEYOND 5 Star Customer Service. Thank you Ali!! :)
This place is Awesome, I was headed to Monterey, for the holidays. I needed a wheel bearing replaced badly, it was Christmas eve. I called, and they answered, brought it by, they fixed the bearing in a couple hours. Got me home for Christmas.
