Therapy aids gossiped about how much they disliked many of the patients. Disregarded hippa laws and regulations. One of the new therapists couldn’t pass her exam 5 times and finally passed and now works in the willows site. Lack of management and they all breach their own rules of conduct. If you go there just be prepared to be talked about and staff telling others how much the other patients disgust them or bother them. Don’t bother complaining to “upper management” when they all fraternize with one another. Highly recommend to report to the state for any complaints. Seriously beware and choose to go elsewhere if you can. Also note that the owners own the willows location as well as the one in colusa and the physical therapy in Chico that they will refer you to so be careful if you value your dignity and privacy.

All the staff here are friendly, competent and professional and they really care about your recovery. Every time I visited them I left feeling better with less or no pain! They really know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kim Woodard is a great therapist. So glad she is also in Chico at Parkside PT. Chico clinic is easy to get to with lots of parking. Nice, clean clinic. I have been to many PTs over the years but Dr. Woodard has truly taken the time to look into my problems to alleviate my chronic pain.
