I can't say enough positive things about Jason Mower and the entire team at Northern Valley Indian Health Clinic. My mother is elderly and has been a patient of theirs for years. The quality of care and compassion my mother receives from Jason Mower PA-C and the clinic is exceptional! I have been dealing with NVIH for all 3 of my kids' dental care since probably around 2013. I've had some less than 5 star experiences but today this 5 star review goes out to Dawn in the billing office, and her boss who made things right by clearing up my paid account that had gotten sent to collections almost a year ago. I tend to get a little heated with this type of thing but tried to start out kindly. Dawn looked up my account, noticed the discrepancies, then took my name and number so she could look into it and call me back. She called me back in about an hour to inform me that not only did she and her boss get the funds applied correctly, they also called the collections...read full review
