Great customer servise, very knowledgeable!! He was extremely efficient and was able to get to my home next day. Not only do you get great servise but you are not overcharged. I would highly recommend and use again!!!

I was in a bind, as I could not find the car key ( still can’t ) and I needed to leave for a long drive. I called three local services; Lock And Key was the only one that responded. He showed up in a very timely manner, was empathetic and efficient, and got me on my way. And what a nice guy! I highly recommend Lock and Roll!

Gerald arrived quickly when I locked myself out of my car after work. He was extremely helpful, kind, and very generous when it came to time to pay the bill. His understanding and his advice for future reference quite honestly made my otherwise cruddy day and is probably one of the best experiences I've had with a local business in recent memory.
