Omar and the whole team at German construction did an excellent job on an office/lab renovation project I had. Their pricing was competitive but more importantly, they showed up when they were supposed to and finished ahead of schedule. They were also great when we ran into a couple surprises that easily could have derailed progress but they were able to find solutions in a timely manner with excellent communication. I highly recommend them.
They completed our laundry room quickly and efficiently, and overall the space looks great. However, the finishing details were lacking. The door handle was installed crooked, there’s no weather stripping on the doors, and the trim has visible streaks. I shared these concerns with the contractor, but unfortunately they never returned to address them.
German Construction has helped me rehab two houses, one in Chico and one in Willows. Mr. Herrera is competent, efficient, an excellent communicator, and provided the best price for two large rehabs. I would highly recommend him. I did not have to micro-manage him....he knew what materials to select and went ahead and fixed additional items that needed replacing.Services: Install flooring
