This review is going to sound terrible, but please stay until the end. I could not wait for my massage to end. My masseuse had THE STRONGEST hands I have ever encountered in a masseuse. I've been getting massages for 15+ years. He dug so deep that he hit places I didn't even know were in pain. It was delightfully and surprisingly uncomfortable in the best way possible. He asked if I was okay and if I needed less pressure, but I told him to keep doing his thing. I walked in with a body that felt 10 years older than it is and left with a body that felt like it was 20 years younger. He released so much tension I actually hugged him. I could have cried (not from the pain haha). Not only was the massage great, the prices were some of the best I've seen in a while. I don't live close, but I will return.
I really want to like this place. Simple and less expensive massages is a great idea. Unfortunately, their therapists are not trained and could possibly hurt someone. I went in for a 60 minute "foot reflexology" session. It should not be billed as reflexology because it was almost a fully clothed body massage. They spent, at most, 10-15 minutes on my feet and spent more time massaging other joints and even bony areas. Not anything like foot reflexology sessions I've had on the past. To top the poor massage off, the woman at the front desk told me that my 15% tip wasn't enough and asked me to increase it. Honestly, I thought I was being generous but how rude to even suggest it! I left it at 15% and left, never to return again.
Today was my first time getting a massage and I booked the 30-minute body & 30-minute foot combo. It was a really pleasant experience. Billy is excellent at what he does, he kept checking in on me the whole time and was very attentive to every detail. The whole experience was truly wonderful. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back again
