Overall, Sage Sanctuary provides a variety of offerings for the mind, body, and soul, with kind and dedicated practitioners. The space is also a favorite for classes and teaching, offering many options that promote full acceptance of every body, affordability, and opportunities to connect with the community. Many members say they have no regrets about going to yoga, highlighting the welcoming environment. The founders showed incredible heart, determination, and humanity, especially during challenging times like the Covid pandemic. They created a sanctuary built on community, support, and compassion, starting outdoor practices when it was safest to do so. This resilient spirit continues today, making Sage Sanctuary a true refuge for self-care. Sage Sanctuary is a sanctuary for self—mind, body, and soul.
