In the middle of the summer, they came out on time, and repaired my HVAC unit. They did a great job. Timely, professional, pleasant, explained exactly what they were doing. I would definitely hire them again. Great people.
I received excellent service from Ronnie Jones, AC and Heating. I’ve had two other companies come out and look at my air conditioner, and they could never locate the problem correctly. The air conditioner kept stalling, but after a new thermostat and new capacitor, it kept happening. Ronnie came out on a very hot day and diagnosed it quickly. He got the parts within an hour and returned to install a new fan motor that got my air conditioning up and running. He was efficient and courteous. I am definitely going to be using him again.
Ronnie came and assessed the issue I reported. I told him that Service Champions wanted to charge 38K to replace the AC, replace all of the duct and replace the outside fan motor for the condenser. Come to find out, the outside fan motor is still in great shape and just needed a new capacitor and the blower motor in the AC unit in the attic needed to be replaced. That was it! Ronnie suggested I keep my home warranty updated because it did save me 38K. Ronnie was honest and no bull, stated that the price I was quoted was horrendous!
