Friends of ours referred us to Main Sail. The owner Jeremy came out for our first scheduled service, inside and out. Jeremy was personable and professional and did a very thorough job. We were told to call if any issues (ants) arose before our next service. Unfortunately the recent heat wave caused ants to seek out water sources in the house. We called and Aaron came later that same day. He treated all our interior problem areas and was also professional and on time. We have already referred friends to Main Sail and would advise anyone that they should be confident in choosing Main Sail.
Very pleased with the customer service from Main Sail! I chose this company over other pest control companies because of their fair and very competitive price for their general service. My appointment was at 12:00PM with a 12-3:00 window and the technician Aaron showed up within minutes of 12:00. He wore boot covers inside of the house and was very easy to work with. Signing up over the phone was simple once a call back was received. Only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars was because of the initial text message inquiry instead of phone call.
