Very happy with my experience with Shop Flowers Today! I ordered a beautiful bouquet as a thank you for a friend and opted to pickup. Upon arrival, I accidentally had gone to the wrong location but didn't have time to drive to the correct location. I called the flower shop and they were gracious enough to offer to drop it off to my friend themselves. I really appreciated this and my friend loved the flowers!
I requested a delivery to my mom's work for a belated Mother's Day bouquet. I found out she decided to work from home and had them redirect the flowers. The delivery driver missed the note and delivered them to the office instead - when I called back in, they were wonderful and helpful and re-delivered a new bouquet to my Mom's house that night and the flowers were beautiful! Highly recommend this shop for being flexible, correcting a mis-delivery (that I made confusing in the first place), and then providing beautiful flowers!
