Owner Marco and his team - Lee and Michael - were fantastic! They pulled our pump, replaced it, and did it all quickly, efficiently, and with wonderful and kind attitudes. We had some challenging access issues, including needing to move our 2,800-gallon tank, and Marco helped us think through the best way to accomplish access without wrecking our property. These are really good people who do really good work. Five Star. Highly Recommend.
What a great experience in a stressful situation. We found ourselves without water and Marco, owner of B&B Pump kept communication open and calmed me down. Came out and fixed our issue in about an hour, including installing a new tank. Friendly, professional and patient with all my questions... highly recommend!!!!
Had issues with a leaking pressure tank. Called in on Monday morning and Marco and Shawn arrived in afternoon. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Marco noted an electrical safety problem right away. They quickly and efficiently fixed the original problem and since my tank was over 30 years old, I asked about replacing it. Marco agreed and said he would call later in the week. On Wednesday afternoon, Marco called to say he could replace the pressure tank that afternoon. Marco arrived later in the afternoon and in a short time replaced the pressure tank and made sure the wiring was correct and safe. It was good the old tank was replaced...read full review
