Whittier Small Appliance Sewing & Vacuum is a store that sells vacuums, air purifiers, and hard-to-find small appliance supplies. Customers praise the store's effectiveness in cleaning products, such as a "green goo" for windows. The store is also known for selling high-quality vacuums that outperform department store brands. They offer fast and affordable repair services.
This shop is great because Carl is reliable, no-nonsense and knows his trade well. He's fixed our vacuum and he just got my wife's great grandmothers Singer 15-91 sewing machine back to proper running condition, including the electric motor system.
I'm a buy-it-once-for-life person, so I'd rather have something repaired over and over than buy a new product, and Carl's knowledge keeps me moving forward on this value.
I've occasionally stopped by early in their Open Hours window and found a locked door, so I just call before heading over.

Wow, so grateful!!! My case failed and I dropped my sewing machine from waist high.... wouldn't turn on. Carl listened to what happened, and said he would take care of it. He was not kidding! He called really fast saying it was all fixed. Such a relief, this machine is not made anymore, and I don't want another one. This machine made every suit I ever wore. It made my wedding dress. And my kids Halloween costumes. We have a history. And thanks to this wonderful shop it will continue. Thank you so much!!! 11 out of 10.

Vacuum's, Air Purifiers, and extremely hard to find professional small appliance supplies store. It's like finding all the most effective household products you never knew about. We used the green goo to clean the windows on our old yacht and it was the only product that worked after spending hundreds at West Marine.
